I bought this product mainly to help me lose weight since extensive studies have found that Oolong tea helps in to lose belly fat. You need to drink at least 2 cups a day to do this effectively. I usually have like 1 cup a day in the mornings with my breakfast. Its good tasting and healthy at the same time. I would recommend it to anybody even if you don't have to lose weight.
